Dyshidrosis, also called dyshidrotic eczema or pompholyx, may be a clinical phenotype of AD that manifests as vesicles and blisters on the palms and soles; it accounts for <10% of all cases of hand and foot dermatitis 35 (Figures 2f, ,6). Dyshidrotic Eczema is a chronic skin condition that involves clusters of blisters, called vesicles, on the hands, feet, or both, that intensely itch & burn. For acute hand eczema, the basic topical therapy should have drying, astringent, and antibacterial effects which are achieved by Condy's baths and soaks whereas, in subacute hand eczema, the basic topical therapy should have anti-inflammatory.
